Pathways To Healthy Lifestyles Program

The Healthy Pathways to Healthy Lifestyles Program is an adult wellness initiative that offers biweekly workshops and resources for members of the Four Nations and the Pigeon Lake community. It is designed to empower adults through engaging workshops that focus on three key areas: Life skills development, Health & Wellness, and cultural teachings. By participating in our program individuals will not only gain valuable knowledge and skills but also connect with others in the community focused on growth and well-being.

Young Warriors Program

The Young Warriors Program is an anti-gang prevention initiative for youth aged 9 to 17. The program provides a safe and supportive environment through after-school activities that include cultural teachings, mental and emotional wellness workshops, and recreational sports. By fostering positive identity, community connection, and healthy lifestyles, the Young Warriors Program empowers youth to make positive choices and lead balanced, purposeful lives.

Pigeon Lake Health & Wellness

The Pigeon Lake Health and Wellness Program is designed to ensure community members and residents of Pigeon Lake have equitable access to the same health and wellness programs, services, and resources available across the Maskwacis area. The program supports holistic well-being by connecting community members to culturally grounded health initiatives, prevention services, and wellness activities that promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance.
